We are able to manufacture any type of window to any shape or size in both hardwoods and softwoods; we also have extensive experience of carrying out sash window repairs. All our doors and frames can be manufactured to your exact requirements in a variety of hard or softwoods, from traditional oak, contemporary framed and bi-fold doors.

We are able to supply bespoke oak frames, tailored to our customer’s individual needs. We manufacture a range of products including, oak framed porches, garden rooms, carports, garages, as well as trusses and beam casements. We have a team of highly skilled craftsmen able to deliver a service to make your ideas and design a reality. All our oak frames are hand-made using traditional methods with mortise and tenon joints and can be fixed using oak dowels.

As staircase manufacturers we can design and manufacture a staircase to suit your specific requirements in softwood, southern yellow pine and a variety of hardwoods such as oak, ash, sapele or walnut. We can manufacture using kite winders, half landings, curved strings; from grand oak staircases with cut strings and turned newels and spindles to more modern flights with glass balustrade. All our stairs are designed and manufactured to meet current building regulations.

We are experienced in the manufacture and installation of wide range of designs from hardwood Victorian style conservatories to oak framed garden rooms.

Our team of joiners and site carpenters have completed bespoke commercial joinery contracts throughout the South East and UK. Our attention to detail, disciplined time management and excellent communication ensures that our commercial contracts come in on time, on budget and to the highest possible standards of workmanship. We have built an excellent working relationship with a number of prime contractors working on school, pub, leisure and office projects.

Certified Fire Doors

We can supply a range of fire doors and fire door sets for both commercial and residential properties, as a certified fire door processor under the Warrington Fire certification and member of the British Woodworking Federation Fire Door Alliance scheme.

All our doors and door sets are made to ensure that they are compliant to all current fire door regulations. Our fire door certification ensures compliance by completing a rigorous fire test to BS6375-2&3:2009 (FD30) and BS6375-1:2015 (FD60) standards.

We can supply bespoke fire doors with a FD30 and FD60 rating, ensuring that we meet all requirements for installation of required apertures e.g., glazing or vents. We offer a full service including on-site advice and guidance on the type and specification of doors/door sets. All doors are manufactured using certified fire rated hardware and glass, and can be finished as per the customer specification e.g., painted, or veneered.
